My wife and I have bought & sold many homes. TR and his team are by far the best Real Estate team that we have ever worked with! And better by a very very large amount! We have worked with TR on both a home buy and a home sell - so we have seen his awesome skills on both sides of the transaction. (1) Firstly, he is very experienced and knows the markets, the trends, the price points, what's hot & what's not. He does *a lot* of research and doesn't just research the Net, but checks out the houses & areas, talks to other agents & brokers, buyers & sellers. (2) Secondly, TR has a "team" that can cover all of the things that may need to be done, such as staging, repairs, contractor work, yards, roofing ... you name it. And the best part is that if TR has someone that can help, they are ALL very high quality & reasonably priced! (3) Next, is TR has the most awesome personality, that makes discussions, strategy sessions a very good experience, with insight, recommendations, options - and TR is a very very good negotiator! (4) And TR is very very thorough! And he always is watching out for you and always guiding the transaction to success. Many times, you'll find that he has already fixed something that you didn't even know was an issue! So in conclusion, I will always ask TR and his team to handle my real estate needs. TR was an absolute joy to work with while looking for and purchasing our first home! He was extremely knowledgeable about what homes/neighborhoods would make good investments, in addition to quickly picking up on our preferred style of home (even though we were all over the board at first) to find us exactly what we were looking for within our price range. The home we finally fell in love with, however, came with some unusual circumstances to overcome. TR utilized EVERY avenue available to him to determine the best methods to proceed, while ensuring that we were comfortable with all decisions made. We couldn't be happier in our new home knowing that all of our questions and concerns were addressed prior to closing. I highly recommend TR - he is hard-working, honest and down-to-earth, but not afraid to negotiate for you. Pretty much just a great guy!

TR was fantastic to work with. We gave him a 1-mile radius in a tough, competitive housing market and he found us a house that checked everything on our wish-list. It took a little out-of-the-box thinking but the end result is that we got the house we wanted for under market value. When it came to selling our old house, TR carefully timed the listing. He advised us as to staging and took beautiful photos himself. Great results... we had four offers to choose from within two days of listing.

We needed a reliable realtor who didn't mess us around, who would be a real advocate for us as we were buying a property out of state. TR was excellent, there was no sales pitch, just straight down to business providing insightful commentary on the places and with his help we were able to find the right property during the 4 day viewing trip. He took care of everything, even items that we had no right to expect him to do. He was professional throughout, patient, creative when it came to negotiating with the sellers and most importantly, he was prompt and very pro-active. If you are looking for a realtor, especially if you are buying from out of state I would certainly recommend using TR as your realtor. I've bought a number of properties before and TR sets a high standard as far as i am concerned.

We've never had so much fun looking at houses talking about mortgages than we did with TR. He's a great realtor who is very knowledgable about the area. He was able to take our rather picky needs and find multiple properties to check out, both online and in person. More importantly though, he's a great person who has a very casual and calming approach to what can be a very stressful and confusing experience. He's also a solid negotiator and will keep working for you until you get what you want.

If you are looking for a realtor who is dedicated to getting you the best deal (we bought our first home through TR), but also honest enough to tell you straight-up with no BS what is appropriate to ask of the sellers (we got a new roof!) and what is maybe not so appropriate then TR is the realtor for you! He helped us navigate the home buying experience with confidence and ease, all the while laughing and just having a great time - TR is a great guy and amazing realtor! You must use him if you are looking to buy/sell your home. We are clients FOR LIFE!
