Suite à un séjour sur Miami, j'ai eu l'occasion de goûter la cuisine du chef Allan Blaize et cela a été pour moi une découverte gustative, de l'entrée aux déserts une cuisine raffinée, élégante et surtout délicieuse ? qui a su chavirer mes papilles, je compte bien renouveler cette belle expérience pour mon prochain séjour qui approche, tous mes remerciements et bravo ? à ce chef.

I hired Catherine Food Service for my wedding, and they exceeded all my expectations! The cake was absolutely incredible – like an authentic Italian cake with fresh fruits. It was one of the highlights of the night; everyone couldn’t stop talking about how delicious and moist it was. The filet mignon with mashed potatoes was perfectly cooked, and the appetizers were both elegant and flavorful. The chef was so helpful and patient, answering all my questions and making sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Highly recommend!

We hired Sense Art Catering for my baby's baptism for a small intimate family event of about 12 people. I chose them based on the presentation of their food that I saw on Instagram. My husband and I are foodies, but I also love a good presentation. Sense Art Catering far exceeded our expectations. The presentation was lovely and the food was delicious. I love that the chef prepares the appetizers in house and the smoked salmon has an excellent presentation with the smoke popping out once it's uncovered. Vanessa was amazing to work with. She stopped by days before the event to see the venue and she corresponded with me extensively to make sure that all my expectations were met. They also provided a wide array of services, not just the food. They passed around the appetizers, they provided a bar tender, a mimosa bar, and all the specific cocktails we requested (caipirinhas, moscow mules, mojitos, margaritas), including the garnishes for the drinks, as well as the cake table rental, the banquet tables, the chiavari chairs, the dinner plates, the napkins, linens, gold flatware, glasses for the various types of cocktails we were serving, and chargers. Vanessa also helped with designing the set-up for the room, and she was at the venue very early in the morning of the event (even before I even got there) to make sure that the delivery company set up the tables and chairs where we wanted them. Vanessa also made sure that as soon as the baptism mass was over, that her staff was ready to greet our guests with appetizers and mimosas, as we requested. Although we had already purchased all the desserts from another vendor, and we hired another company to decorate, Vanessa went above and beyond by bringing cake stands and acrylic stands to make sure that our dessert table looked beautiful.

They recently provided bite-sized appetizers and mini desserts for an event, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The unique presentation added an extra touch of elegance to our event, and the attention to detail and service was top-notch.
