This dining experience is one of the best I have had in a very long time. The atmosphere was a delight. The service was excellent. We were treated like priority and not just an average customer. The food was divine and delicious. This experience, overall, was such a treat. I honestly would recommend anything on the menu. It is pricey, but the experience was well worth it.

Came here for one of my friends birthday dinner and the food was excellent. I had the yakisoba with chicken skewers, it was amazing! Lots of flavor and very tender chicken but just a touch charring to add to the taste. We also had some gyoza and some steak bites, I am not too sure what the name was but it was an appetizer, the steak was so tender and so easy to pull apart. My friends had the the crab pasta and found it to be incredible. I do have one thing to say, the waiter mentioned that the portions were family style however, they are very small so just be prepared for that. Over all, this place is a great place for a date or a great hangout place for your friends and highly recommend it!

Had the pleasure of dining here for dinner. It didn’t look very busy from the outside but inside was definitely booming. The atmosphere is very lively and loud if you’re expecting a quiet dinner I’d probably try to book an earlier dinner or maybe even later in the evening. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the appetizers and the delicious bone in rib eye. I will definitely be back!

Our server was very unfriendly. After he asked if we wanted any drinks, we only ordered water and his attitude suddenly changed. Since then he only came up to us to clean the plates, never asked how everything was doing, never asked if we needed anything. Very bad attitude. We had 6 people so the tip was automatically added, maybe thats why he didn’t want to serve anyway. Server was a ‘soft’ guy. Food took forever to come out. we went in at 8pm. entrees were out at 9:16pm.

Traveled to Arizona for the weekend and saw this was a good place to patron from TikTok we were 15 minutes late and they have our table away but we were able to get seated in the outside patio area. We ordered a multitude of options including the Asian pear salad and chicken skewers, the Caesar salad, the lobster noodles, Asian noodles, gyoza, wontons, tuna tartare and the ice cream and ube desert. The food was okay but we were disappointed that the Louis martini couldn’t substitute Tito’s because it was a batch. The atmosphere was pretty cool, definitely more of a cute vibe type of place.

I am IN LOVE with this restaurant. Since moving from Seattle a few years ago, I have found the food scene in Phoenix to be underwhelming - to say the least. Not only was the service phenomenal here at Pyro, everything down to the decor was top notch.
Now the most important part - the food! I came for their Happy Hour and the Calamansi Margarita was probably the best marg I've ever had. The Matcha foam Espresso Martini was great, as well. The stand outs for the Special Hour menu were the Yellowtail Sashimi (so perfect) and the Short Rib Skewers (incredibly tender and delicious). While the Chili Garlic Noodles were OK, I would've much rather had another plate of the sashimi or skewers instead. Make sure you try the Ube Panna Cotta for dessert!
I will be coming back (soon!) as this is easily my new favorite restaurant in the Phoenix area.

I was really excited to try this restaurant. Three of us visited at 5:30 on Saturday without a reservation.
The good: The hostess said they wouldn’t have a problem seating us (it wasn’t very busy yet). The Asian pear salad was incredible.
The bad: the service was terrible. We ordered several things off the menu to share and the waiter never asked how we liked the food. He took the menus away without asking if we’d like to order more food or drinks. We got some chicken skewers and each of us put one on our plate and he came and cleared all of the accompaniments that go with the skewers before we had even ate them. He cleared the rest of our plates without asking if we were finished and brought the check before asking if we were done. Finally, he tried to take my espresso martini glass from the table when it was still half full. It was apparent he was trying to flip the table, but he could have communicated that. We had only been there an hour and a half and planned on ordering more. It’s just rude unacceptable service for this caliber of a restaurant with the prices they are charging.

Pyro is a Japanese-American contemporary restaurant. I love the atmosphere and service at Pyro. Staffs were well trained with kind hospitality.

My favorite dishes are the pork belly & chicken skewers, beetroot salad, and lamb chops
