Voor ons was hier heel aangenaam ervaring.
Eten was heel lekker, service heel vriendelijk en atmosfeer aangenaam en rustig met mooi zicht op kathedraal van Antwerpen.
Af en toe zullen wij hier is passeren.

Horrible experience. I made a reservation for a group of 12 @12:30. The waitress “highly recommended” the Blend32 menu and we obliged. Alas! The starter was served at around 2:10pm. We started to feel uneasy when it was almost 3pm and there was no sight of the main course. All this time, the waitresses were busy attending to the other tables despite us calling their attention. The lady who seemed to occupy a higher position wasn’t very friendly when I talked to her. The excuse she made for having the crap service was that it was busy the day before (which of course does not justify poor service the day after). When I asked when the main course will be served, I was told to wait for 6 minutes. However, it was served 20 minutes later at around 3:10, and the steak was not good: the quality is akin to the ones used for stew. Most of us ordered the same dish and we ended up not eating it. Then for the finale dessert, they got it wrong again. I ordered creme brulee but they prepared sorbet so I have to wait for another couple of minutes again. Hence, with this kind of food and service, I cannot really recommend this place. There are other options around the area that offer good food and excellent customer service.

Last minute beslisten we om nog iets in ´t stad te gaan eten. En tot grote verbazing is er nog weinig Belgische keuken. Dus uiteindelijk hadden we zoiets van kom we zullen de Blend 32 eens proberen. WAUW!!!!! Dit was gewoon weg SUBLIEM. Het torentje van krab met avocado. Ooooh voelde zo fris aan. Dit was gewoon overheerlijk. En dan daarna heb ok de Stoofvlees mer frietjes genomen. Zo schattig de frietjes in een puntzakje. Het vlees dat smelt in je mond. Echt op grootmoeders wijze. En dan heb ik nog niets gezegd over de overvriendelijke garçon. 15/10 verdient hij. Voor vriendlijnheid, voor beleefdheid, voor de glimlach, gewoon top. De bediening, de sfeer en het eten was 20 op 20.

We enjoyed their New Years Eve gala dinner, and were lucky enough to be sat in the smaller section which was ideal for us. We were looked after very well by the young slim waiter with the shaved head - Tony - who worked so very hard for hours and hours during a very busy service. The food, the atmosphere, and band / DJ were superb, and they catered well to my "no fish dish" requests. It was a great way to bid farewell to 2024! Tony was simply superb, his warmth and personality and attention to detail made our evening superb. The food was great however Tony was better - anticipating guest needs and overdelivering! Thank you Tony- we shall return again purely based on your amazing levels of service. Kudos and much praise is also due to Paula, the lovely lady who managed the Exec Lounge on New Years Evening. We only briefly popped into the lounge for one drink on our way down to dinner, and whilst it was the busiest we have seen, the young lady was working incredibly hard in challenging circumstances. The Exec lounge is very large, one of the largest of any Hilton we have seen (70+ covers). It's a very big ask of just one person to manage it all on such a busy night, as the host is required to meet & greet guests, constantly replenish all the food & drinks, clear tables, ensure cutlery & glasses are cleaned and replenished and also answer guest questions too. Paula was working so very hard and was doing her very best to try and keep everyone happy during an incredibly busy service period - we hope Paula's management team appreciate all her hard work running the entire lounge single handed on what was likely one of the busiest nights of the year.
