Bad customer service at this store They don’t let you return online orders in store even though the policy online states that you can return in any store.

The 2 Lady’s in their late 50’s are rude I was in the middle of trying on some jeans I heard them whispering saying watch out he might steal judging me based on how I look knowing I go in there all the time. I was putting the jeans on and she starts knocking at the door asking me if I was okay I was only in the dressing room for 2 minutes. Then she knocked again saying I can’t have more than 5 items which is exactly what I had. I told her is something wrong because she kept knocking then she got mad because i corrected her so she and the other elderly lady started being disrespectful and called security for no reason. At the end of it all I kept it polite and just purchased online. It was a big waste of time going in also having to deal with the headache of ignorant workers being hateful for no reason

IF YOU BUY ITEMS ONLINE, YOU CANNOT RETURN THEM IN THE STORE. YOU CAN ONLY EXCHANGE FOR MORE MERCHANDISE. Also, the two jaded, haggard looking cashiers at the front were rude. I asked the lady to give me a total for my items and she looked and acted like I had inconvenienced her. I'm DONE buying True Religion. They're outdated and out of style anyways.

They are Fraud Religion not “True Religion”
They sold used pants to my daughter and when we went back to return, the manager name Samantha accused us we washed the pants and tag is missing even tags were as it is been given to us. we asked her to pull up the camera videos from the store so you will have the prove we didn’t do anything with the pants she refused to check the video camera plus instead she threatened us by saying she’s calling the mall security to kick us out. I’m telling to this business publicly they’re not done with their frauds. I will put some legal investigation against them and will take my refund back. I have read other reviews about them they’ve been mistreating people. Some thing must be wrong/ fishy with management. They’re selling used stuff and may be owner is even not aware of it!

True religion is a bit pricy however I do like the quality of their products and if you buy stuff on sale it's very reasonable and competitive price wise

i went to the store to make a return the manager said she couldn’t give the money back only credit , i talked to customer service they said they would get in contact with her. When we came in to tell her she was ignoring the call and on her phone and only answered because we came in. we got the refund but not fully ?. won’t be ordering or going to that store again.

First time purchasing from True Religion. Let's just say - I WON'T do that again and would give no stars if possible.

Item arrived out of the packaging, had "stuff" all over it and looked worn. Given it was $100+, wasn't going to keep it. I tried to reach out to customer service and that was about as much fun as a root canal. Needless to say, my customer service chat ended without the issue being resolved but I did learn "We do not have an exchange policy at the moment".

The quality of the product wasn't anything better than something you'd find at Wal-Mart. The frustration gained from dealing with their customer service makes you feel like they should be paying you. Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else.
